About Linda's Seafood Market

Located at 1241 Wheaton St, Savannah, GA 31404, Linda's Seafood Market operates as a seafood market serving Savannah in Georgia. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under seafood restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Savannah with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in Georgia may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (912) 233-1202. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is lindasseafoodmarket.shop, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 1,463 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded seafood markets in Savannah.

Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Savannah follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The place is a little hole in the wall. Its not much to look at the atmosphere leaves much to be desired, but the food is fresh hot and tasty. Some of the better tasting catfish i have had. Staff was nice. Prices were reasonable. Lots of people were constantly coming and going, the other patrons were quiet and well mannered. Its a takeaway spot. So when we got back home our order was shrimp and fish was still hot and crispy

Service was friendly and fast β€” no wait time at all, which was a plus. The atmosphere was decent, and the food was delicious, especially the garlic crabs. I also tried the shrimp special with corn, potatoes, and boiled eggs β€” everything was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The snow crab low country boil is another favorite; portions are generous and definitely worth the price.

Never ever have I, never ever will I again. Food was cooked in old grease, fries tough stale and fried in old grease. Boudin egg rolls were fried beyond edibility, impossible to chew. I’m wondering β€œwhat happened?”Mrs. Linda. Not for meβ€”β€”but to each his own. My pics show what I mean.

Holy Crab! The best seafood we’ve ever had! Linda’s has incredible fresh seafood! We stopped in twice on our short vacation to Savannah! Don’t judge a book by its cover, this low key takeout seafood spot was the best seafood we had in town and that we’ve ever eaten! We tried the low country boil, fried catfish, snow crab, and crawfish! All of these items were delicious and above expectations for taste and value! Our tip is ask for double the seasoning and don’t skimp on the homemade hot sauce! Linda’s is not only a great place for travelers wanting seafood on a budget, but they have the best quality and quantity for your tastebuds!

I don't eat sea food much anymore but my family sure does. One of my rules is if I see bullet proof windows or "we accept EBT" on the building I know the food is about to be pure fire. My family loves this food and so far this spot is their favorite. Employees are nice, portions are generous.
